Its portfolio includes polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), ethane, propene, butadiene, chlorine, caustic soda and hydrogen and sodium hypochlorite. The company serves customers in packaging, civil construction, industrial, retail, automotive, agribusiness, and health and hygiene, amongst others. Braskem also produces green polyethylene from sugarcane. It has operations in Camacari, Triunfo, Capuava, Sao Paulo, and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, the US, Mexico and Germany. Braskem is headquartered in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
