Mr. Jeffrey P. Bezos has been the Chairman of the company since July 2021. Previously, he held various positions of the company, including the Chief Executive Officer from May 1996 to July 2021 and President from July 1994 to June 1999 and again from October 2000 to July 2021. He founded the company in 1994. Mr. Bezos also founded Blue Origin.

Mr. Andrew R. Jassy has been the Chief Executive Officer, President, and a member of the board of director of the company since July 2021. He founded the Amazon Web Services Inc and led it since inception in 2006 in various capacity including the Chief Executive Officer from April 2016 to July 2021 and Senior Vice President from April 2006 to April 2016. Mr. Jassy joined Amazon in 1997 and held various leadership roles across the company. Currently, he also serves as a Commissioner on the National Security Commission for AI and as Chairman of Rainier Prep’s board of directors.

Mr. Brian T. Olsavsky has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since June 2015. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer for Global Consumer Business of the company from December 2011 to June 2015. Mr. Olsavsky served as the Vice President, Finance for Amazon's North America retail business unit and acquisitions from 2007 to 2010 and led the finance departments for Amazon's Worldwide Operations organization from 2002 to 2007. Prior to joining Amazon.com in 2002, he spent seven years at Fisher Scientific and held a variety of financial and business management roles. Prior to this, Mr. Olsavsky spent a total of eight years at BF Goodrich and Union Carbide, where he held a variety of financial and operational roles.

Mr. Adam N. Selipsky has been the Chief Executive Officer of Amazon Web Services of the company since July 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Amazon Web Services from May 2021 until July 2021; and President and Chief Executive Officer of Tableau Software division of the company from 2016 to 2021. Earlier, he worked as the Vice President of Marketing, Sales and Support for Amazon Web Services from May 2005 to September 2016.
